Ben Palmer
Clinic Owner, Osteopath
BSc (Hons) Osteopathy, BSc Psychology
Ben has owned the clinic in Wells since 2009. He first became interested in osteopathy after treatment helped him recover from a neck injury. That experience led to a complete a five-year honours degree in Osteopathy. He also has a degree in Psychology. Ben is a Level 5 instructor in Xing Yi and holds a 5th Dan Black Belt in Mishima Kempo. He loves how these traditions focus on health, movement and longevity, and this shapes how he thinks about recovery, ageing and resilience. Outside the clinic, Ben meditates daily, enjoys hiking and nature (often with a charity trek in the diary), and has a real interest in Somerset’s ancient history. He’s also a proud dad to Poppy and Reuben, and loves family time with his wife, Gemma.

Ben Crump
Chiropractor
Doctor of Chiropractic (AECC, Bournemouth)
Ben qualified as a chiropractor at the AECC in Bournemouth and originally comes from Gibraltar. He brings a calm, thoughtful approach to care and enjoys getting to know the people behind the symptoms. Around the clinic, he’s known for being our resident squash champion and for speaking multiple languages, which is always impressive to unassuming patients. Outside of work, he’s happiest staying active and keeping life varied, whether that’s sport, time with friends, or exploring new places.

Jo Wintersgill
Massage Therapist
I.T.E.C. Massage Therapist (since 1993)
Jo has been working alongside Ben Palmer since 2010. She qualified as an I.T.E.C. massage therapist back in 1993 and brings decades of experience to her work. Jo offers a wide range of treatments, including hot stones massage, manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), pregnancy massage, Thai foot massage, and facial treatments such as Gua Sha face sculpting and face cupping. Her approach is caring, thorough and always tailored to the person in front of her. Outside of work, Jo loves travel, food, running and life in general. She brings that same positive energy into the clinic, and patients often comment on how relaxed and looked after they feel in her care.

Emily Chillingworth
Sports Massage Therapist
BSc Rehabilitation in Sport and Exercise
Emily is our rehab-focused specialist and a real “how can we make this better?” problem solver. She has a BSc in Rehabilitation in Sport and Exercise and supports patients with everything from hands-on treatment to practical recovery plans that fit real life. She offers sports therapy and sports massage, and also provides a range of treatment options including myofascial techniques, acupuncture, cupping, shockwave therapy and therapeutic ultrasound. Emily is also our tech expert, helping the clinic stay organised and up to date behind the scenes. Outside the clinic, Emily loves competing in swimming, keeps herself moving with Pilates, and enjoys travelling whenever she can.

Lori Kissane-Andrews
Massage Therapist, Osteopathy Student
Level 5 Soft Tissue Massage
Lori combines a warm, caring approach with a strong interest in how the body works. She’s a qualified Level 5 soft tissue massage therapist and offers a range of treatments including deep soft tissue work, myofascial techniques, cupping, hot stones, aromatherapy and pregnancy massage. She’s also currently studying for a five-year degree in osteopathy, which means she’s always learning, always curious, and (as Ben P would say) always bossing him around in the nicest possible way. Outside of work, Lori is a plant enthusiast and loves arts, crafts and DIY projects. She’s a nature lover too, although she describes herself as a “fair weather cyclist”, which feels very sensible in Somerset.

Natalie Wells
Reception Lead, Massage Therapist
Level 4 Sports Massage, McTimoney Chiropractic Student
Natalie is one of the friendly faces you’ll often meet first, and she’s a big part of what keeps the clinic running smoothly. She’s our front desk magician, helping with bookings, questions and the general flow of busy clinic days, always with a calm head and a welcoming manner. Alongside reception, Natalie is a Level 4 sports massage therapist and offers treatments including deep tissue work, cupping and hot stones. She’s also currently studying to become a McTimoney Chiropractor, adding to her skills and understanding as she goes. Outside the clinic, Natalie loves getting out for nature walks and is proudly cat obsessed.
