Conditions we can help
Low or Mid Back Pain

80% of people suffer with back pain at some point in their life.
Back pain is the most common thing that gets people walking through our door so once we've worked out why you're getting it (e.g. slipped disc, muscle strain, SIJ dysfunction, pinched nerve, etc) we look to resolve the symptoms, quickly.
Neck Pain

Neck pain can range from stiffness or an ache to totally debilitating agony. Whether it's due to poor posture, wear and tear or whiplash, once we've understood why it's there we can then help it to get better. We will always refer you to your GP if we think can't help.
If you're suffering with neck pain give us a call on 01749 674716
Hip, Knee, Shoulder and Joint Pain

Whether it's a sports injury or repetitive wear and tear, we aim to get you moving and healing better and then teach you how to try and prevent the problem coming back. We may sometimes require an X-ray to make an accurate assessment of your joint which we can discuss with you on your consultation.
Headaches & Migraines

Headaches are one of those things that people think are normal! They're not and the best thing is they can often be helped.
70% of headaches come from problems or tension in the neck joints (cervicogenic) so let us find the cause and see if we can help you to get rid of them.
