How We Help
We provide personalised care using osteopathy, chiropractic, massage and exercise rehabilitation. Treatment is guided by careful assessment and tailored to your individual needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Our clinicians are fully registered and use evidence-based, hands-on techniques to help reduce pain, improve movement and support recovery, where appropriate. We also offer additional therapies such as acupuncture, shockwave therapy and ultrasound, which may be used as part of your care when suitable.

1
OSTEOPATHY
Osteopathy looks at how the body moves and functions as a whole, to understand what may be contributing to pain or ongoing symptoms. Understanding your lifestyle will also be important.
Your osteopath will assess movement, joint, muscle and nerve function, alongside your general health, to build a clear picture of what may be affecting recovery.
Treatment may include gentle manipulation, soft tissue work, stretching, and advice on posture and exercise.
2
CHIROPRACTIC
Chiropractic care focuses on reducing pain and improving movement, with particular attention to the spine, joints and nervous system.
Your chiropractor will assess how your spine and joints move, along with muscle and nerve function, posture and everyday habits, to understand what may be contributing to your symptoms.
Treatment may include precise adjustments, mobilisation, and guidance on posture and exercise.
3
MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage therapy at our clinic covers a wide range of techniques, tailored to different needs.
Recovery-focused treatments include deep tissue massage, sports and remedial massage, as well as cupping and dry needling.
We also offer a signature relaxation massage, alongside hot stone massage, aromatherapy massage, Thai foot massage, natural facelift massage, manual lymphatic drainage and pregnancy massage.
What To Expect
Starting something new can feel uncertain, especially when you’re in pain.
Your first visit includes time to talk, a careful assessment, and a clear explanation of what’s going on and what your options are.
From there, we’ll outline the recommended treatment plan and explain any costs before anything starts.
In some cases, if you’re in acute pain and treatment is suitable, care may begin during this initial appointment. Treatment is always guided by what we feel is safe, appropriate and likely to help, and some techniques may not be used if they are not suitable for your particular problem.
You’ll always know what to expect at each stage, with no pressure and no surprises.

“Helping people understand what’s happening in their body, and then taking practical steps to improve it, is what I enjoy most about my work.”
